CAHPS Survey

In February 2026, some members may receive a Medicare Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey by mail, email, and/or telephone. 

Medicare Advantage plans are required by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to conduct this survey through a CMS-approved vendor. UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plan has selected Press Ganey to conduct this survey.  

Your Survey is anonymous

Members are selected randomly by CMS, not by UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plan, and the Plan does not know who is selected or how anyone responds.

Watch for the survey in the mail

If selected, the mailed survey will arrive in an envelope like the one shown below. Please watch for it so it is not mistaken for junk mail.
